How much does shipping cost?
Books marked delivery included have no separate standard delivery fee. Enter your postcode to compare any available tracked or faster services and their live upgrade fees. Other delivery charges appear before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Live delivery estimates appear after you enter your postcode. Choose the fastest verified delivery option shown. Customs, carrier delays and local conditions affect delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
We will email you when your book is on the way and include tracking when the selected service provides it.
What if my book arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@growthlabcrm.ca. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review confirmed damage or manufacturing defects and explain the replacement or refund options.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Contact support promptly with your order number. Orders enter fulfillment quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment starts. Change-of-mind returns are available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmarked books. Buyers pay return postage. Contact us first for instructions; statutory rights are unaffected.
